By booking DJ services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services
dkloth provides professional DJ services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions. The details of each service (including event date, time, and location) will be agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
Bookings & Payment

A signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

Full payment is due by the date specified in the agreement.

Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

In the unlikely event that dkloth must cancel, any payments received will be refunded in full.
Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (date, location, start/end times, etc.).

Adequate power supply and safe working conditions must be provided at the event location.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or venue approvals.
Liability

dkloth will make every reasonable effort to provide professional, high-quality service.

dkloth is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (such as power outages, venue restrictions, or severe weather).

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
